Scope
This Refund Policy covers fees collected directly by Euphorica Realty Pvt. Ltd. for bespoke advisory, resale mandates, leasing retainers, or premium services. Developer booking amounts, stamp duty, registration fees, and loan processing charges are governed by the respective third parties.
Eligibility for Refund
- Consulting retainers: Fully refundable if a written cancellation request is raised within 48 hours of payment and before any fieldwork (site visits, document vetting, negotiations) has commenced.
- Marketing/transaction facilitation fees: Partially refundable based on effort already invested. A detailed statement of work will be shared before processing.
- Developer payments: Buyers must follow the builder''s refund schedule outlined in the application form; we can facilitate coordination but cannot authorise refunds on their behalf.
Process
- Email accounts@euphoricarealty.in with payment proof, service description, and reason for refund.
- Our finance desk will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and may seek additional documents.
- Approved refunds are issued within 7-10 working days via the same payment mode or bank transfer to the original payer.
Deductions
Bank gateway charges, government levies, and third-party expenses already incurred on your behalf will be deducted from the refundable amount. A statement will be shared for transparency.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed documentation packs, valuation reports, or bespoke research.
- Brokerage payable on concluded transactions where an Agreement to Sell or Builder Buyer Agreement has been executed.
- Any incentive or discount obtained from a developer as part of a closed booking.
