Scope of Services

• Property discovery, investment advisory, documentation assistance, and site visit coordination for residential and commercial assets.
• Information is provided on a best-effort basis and is subject to change by developers without prior notice.
• Nothing on the website constitutes a binding offer; bookings are confirmed only after requisite application forms, KYC, and payments are completed with the respective developer.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details, preferences, and documentation.
• Use the website and marketing assets solely for lawful purposes; refrain from attempting to breach security or harvest data.
• Evaluate all project documents, approvals, and financial implications independently or with a legal/financial advisor.

Fees & Payments

Most advisory services for primary sales are complimentary to buyers; we are compensated by associated developers. In cases where a service fee/retainer is applicable (for resale, leasing, or bespoke mandates), the scope and payment milestones will be documented separately. All payments must be made only to official Euphorica Realty bank accounts or via authorised payment links.

Cancellation & Refunds

Intellectual Property

All logos, creatives, copy, and proprietary data published on this website belong to Euphorica Realty or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Gautam Buddha Nagar (U.P.). Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, they may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
