Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nature of Deliverables

Euphorica Realty primarily provides advisory services, digital brochures, and appointment coordination. Physical deliveries are limited to documents expressly requested by clients (agreements, receipts, marketing collateral).

Digital Deliveries

• Brochures, floor plans, cost sheets, and proposals are emailed or shared over secure drive links within 24 business hours of a request.
• Sensitive documents are password protected; passwords are conveyed via phone/WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp communications originate only from our verified business account ending with +91 84477 92266.

Physical Deliveries

• When required, hard copies are couriered through reputable logistics partners (Blue Dart, DTDC) or handed over during scheduled meetings.
• Courier tracking IDs are shared via email/SMS. Typical delivery timelines within India are 3-6 business days.
• The recipient must provide a valid address and government ID for collection. Undelivered packages will be re-attempted once; additional attempts may incur courier charges.

Site Visit Coordination

Once a site visit is confirmed, our team shares the itinerary, driver/representative contact, and meeting instructions at least 6 hours in advance. Clients are requested to be available at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Delays

Unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, or force majeure will be communicated promptly. We will make best efforts to reschedule or provide alternative digital copies.
