Cancellation Policy

Appointment & Site Visit Cancellations

• Please notify your relationship manager or call +91 84477 92266 at least 4 hours before a scheduled site visit to cancel or reschedule.
• No cancellation fee is charged for timely notice. Repeated no-shows may lead to denial of future chauffeured visits.
• If Euphorica Realty must cancel due to operational reasons, an alternate slot will be provided at the earliest.

Service Engagements

For retainers, resale mandates, or exclusive search assignments, cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@euphoricarealty.in. Any costs already incurred (documentation, marketing creatives, travel) will be deducted from the refund as outlined in the signed engagement letter.

Developer Bookings

Cancellation of unit bookings, allotment letters, or Builder Buyer Agreements are governed by the respective developer''s policy. Euphorica Realty will facilitate paperwork but cannot overturn builder deductions or clauses.

Force Majeure

If cancellations arise due to events beyond either party''s control (pandemic restrictions, government orders, natural disasters), both parties will mutually agree on revised timelines without penalties.

How to Raise a Request

1. Email the cancellation details (name, phone, service/project, payment reference) to support@euphoricarealty.in.
2. Our team acknowledges within 24 business hours and shares next steps.
3. Refunds, if applicable, follow the timelines listed in our Refund Policy.
