Saya Status

Saya Status is spread across approximately 1.4 million square feet and has nine floors, making it the tallest mall in India. The RERA registration number of Saya Status is UPRERAPRJ11141. Upon completion, Saya Status will be the second largest mall in Noida after DLF Mall of India. DP Architects, a renowned architectural firm based in Singapore, is constructing Saya Status.
Interestingly, over 50 percent of the space in Saya Status is already leased to premium brands. The construction is underway on a 100 percent fully paid-up land parcel at Sector 129, Noida and the possession will be offered by January 2025.
The project will have a parking space of around 1,600 slots. The lower ground floor will accommodate around 1,000 cars, and 600 spots will be store-side on the fourth to ninth floors .
